She looks 18, black hair, black eyes alluring smile and lust always present in her eyes. She carries a whip, a cat-of-nine-tails to be exact. Wears little-to-nothing by way of armour, her pride for her body very high she enjoys whipping people, but hates to be in pain herself.  she will torture her victims when she feels like it and she will kill them swiftly at other times. she has a sister who created her, quite by accident.  she went on to lead a pack of werrewolves, forcing them to do unspeakable things to her sister.  bel asked a mage to cast a spell to where she would age until she appeared to be 18 in human years.  she did a favour unspecified for the mage in return. bel is dangerous and should be approached with caution.  she can seem seductive, but all she wants is another victim to add to her count.
